Vigyázz, kész, rajt! – Konferencia és Workshop a sikeres fiatalokért

A továbbtanulás és munkakeresés legtöbbünk életében kihívást jelent. Ezekkel a kihívásokkal sok hátrányos helyzetű fiatalnak különösen nehéz megküzdeniük. Így Európa-szerte nagyon magas azoknak a fiataloknak a száma, akik kiszorulnak az oktatásból, és megfelelő munkahelyet sem találnak. Az Autonómia Alapítvány és nemzetközi partnerei az elmúlt négy évben azért dolgoztak, hogy az érintett fiatalok valóban érdeklődésük és készségeinek megfelelő képzésekben tudjanak részt venni és a munkaerőpiacon is megtalálják a helyüket. Számos mentor, képző, önkéntes segítette ezt a munkát és sok módszert, eredményt és tanulságot sikerült összegyűjtenünk az évek során.
Március 23-án lehetőségünk nyílik bemutatni az érdeklődők számára, hogyan, kikkel és milyen módon dolgoztunk. Aki fiatalokkal dolgozik, az oktatás a munkaerőpiac vagy éppen a készségfejlesztés, megerősítés terén dolgozik, biztos, hogy sok érdekes eszközzel és szemponttal tud gazdagodni a sokszínű rendezvényen. Spanyolországtól Románián keresztül Bulgáriáig nyújtunk betekint fiatalokkal foglalkozó szervezetek munkájába. Bemutatjuk az európai trendeket, a továbbtanulást, munkakeresést segítő eszközöket, kreatív készségfejlesztés módszereit és eredményeit, valamint a fiatalokkal foglalkozó szakemberek dilemmáival és szempontjaival is megismerkedhetnek a részt vevők. Nem csak mi fogunk beszélni a fiatalokról, de ők maguk is bemutatkoznak majd sokszínűen és tehetségesen. Előadások mellett műhelymunkákra, kulturális programokra is sor fog kerülni.
Az esemény angol nyelvű, magyar tolmácsolás biztosított. A részvétel díjmentes, de előzetes regisztrációhoz kötött. A résztvevők száma limitált.

Conference and Workshop for Successful Youth
Finding good schools and workplaces is a big challenge for many of us. Such challenges are especially hard for disadvantaged young people. So there is high number of young people all over Europe, who don’t attend educational institutions and either are employed. The Autonomia Foundation together with their international partners have been working for four years that such young people can find education and employment suitable for their interest and competences. Numerous mentors, trainers, volunteers supported this work, and we have collected diverse methods and lessons learnt during the years.
On the 23rd March we will have the opportunity to present how, with whom and in which way we have worked. The ones, who work with young people on the fields of education, employment or in soft skill development and empowerment will gain many useful tools and points during the diverse event. From Spain through Romania till Bulgaria we will ensure insight in the work of organizations working with young people. We will present European trends, tools for supporting education and employment, the methods and results of creative soft skill development, and the participants will also learn the dilemmas and results of the professionals working with the youth. We won’t be just the ones speaking about the young people, but they will also present themselves in diverse and talented ways. Besides presentations there will be also workshops and cultural events.
The language of the event will be English, and Hungarian interpretation will be ensured. The participation if free of charge, however registration is expected, and there are limited number of participants.
