Budapest Klezmer Band koncert
A Budapest Klezmer Band 1990 óta szórakoztatja közönségét lendületes és humorral átszőtt színpadi fellépéseivel. Virtuóz módon ötvözi a Kárpát-medence különféle zenei irányzatait. A zenekar tagjai hangszereik igazi mesterei, akik a műfaji határokon átívelően újrafogalmazzák a klezmer zenét. A sajátos zenei kompozíciókban a hagyományos jiddis motívumok kiegészülnek cigányzenéből átvett és népzenei elemekkel, amit egy csepp modernitással fűszereznek.
A zenekar alapító vezetője és egyben zeneszerzője Jávori Ferenc „Fegya”, akinek újító elképzelései megteremtették a klezmer balett, a klezmer szvit és a klezmer musical műfajait is Magyarországon. Mindegyik művészeti produkció világszínvonalú hazai alkotótársakkal készült. A zenekar által képviselt sokrétű, jellegzetesen Kárpát-medencei hangulatú klezmer igényes zenei világa hatalmas siker az európai és tengerentúli közönségnél egyaránt. The Budapest Klezmer Band has been entertaining its audience since 1990 with its dynamic and humorous stage performances. It virtually combines the different musical trends of the Carpathian Basin. The members of the band are true masters of their instruments, redefining klezmer music across genre boundaries. In the specific musical compositions, the traditional Yiddish motifs are complemented by elements of gypsy music and folk music, which are spiced with a drop of modernity.
The founding leader and composer of the band is Ferenc Jávori “Fegya”, whose innovative ideas have created the genres of klezmer ballet, klezmer suite and klezmer musical in Hungary. Each art production was made with world-class Hungarian co-creators. The demanding musical world of the diverse klezmer with a typical Carpathian basin atmosphere represented by the band is a huge success for both European and overseas audiences. The Budapest Klezmer Band holds many prestigious recognitions and awards.
